Why should you take it?
Yoga teachers must always remain in the seat of the student. To continually refine our own practice and teaching methods not only improves our own understanding of yoga, it serves our students as well. There are endless asana labs and anatomy workshops. But one area that we forget about as teachers is...teaching. This course, like most courses through Rebecca Warfield Yoga & Wellness will explore academic theories that move beyond the physical practice and into teaching methodologies inspired by tried and true educational methods.
At Dharma Drops, we appreciate the diversity of the full human experience. You don’t have to practice yoga every day. You don’t have to be a vegan. You can be a vegan. You don’t have to believe in the vibrational healing powers of crystals. Or you can. There is no one-size-fits all here. As such, we're dumping out the proverbial yoga Kool-Aid. Come as you are. You are welcome here!
And just a heads up, some of the Dharma Drops content is NSFW. Sometimes we talk about Krishna. Other times, we drop the f-bomb.
